  • Do you ship globally?
    Yes, we ship globally to the following countries: United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and United Kingdom.
  • How can I make changes to my order?
    Because we ship our products within 24 hours, we have only a limited amount of time to edit your order after it has been submitted. If you need to do so, please contact us 7am – 5pm PST, Monday – Friday or chat with us 9am – 5pm PST, Monday – Friday.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once the product has been shipped (typically within 24 hours of purchase), we will send you an email confirmation with the tracking information.
  • When will I receive my product?
    We ship within 48 hours and you should receive your product within 7 business days, if not sooner.
  • My order has not arrived and it's been more than 7 days. What should I do?
    First, make sure you entered your address correctly when checking out on the website. If it was marked as "delivered" please wait 24 hours before assuming that it has gone missing - sometimes carriers mark packages as "delivered" prematurely. Look for a notice of attempted delivery and check to see whether a neighbor may have accepted the delivery. If you still have issues, please let us know and we’ll happily work with the mail courier to investigate further into the status of your order and potentially send a new one.
  • Can I return my product?
    Yes, we offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
